Who We Are

About Branches Residential Services

Branches Residential Services offers a unique and positive approach to Residential Habilitation/Supported Living, Respite, PAC and Behavior Consulting Services.  Approved through the State of Indiana, founded in 2017, Branches also earned a 3 year CARF Accreditation in late spring of  2018 . We saw a great need within the special needs community for an organization that stresses open, honest communication, leads with integrity, is dedicated to a  genuine call to serve others, and a belief that "empowered people empower people". Years ago, as we were providing direct care, being Program/Service Coordinators, we saw, first hand, what it takes to fully support and individual and improve their quality of life.  This is why we created a company that is designed to evolve and grow that is focused on the needs of people, instead of the "bottom line". We are dedicated to improving our standard of service and care instead of maintaining it.

We are rooted in the fundamentals of life, dedicated to person centered growth. We believe nurturing personal relationships in order to understand each individual is paramount to success.  We lead with honesty, as trustworthiness  is one of the fundamentals of which this company was founded.  As a smaller, growing provider, we are excited that we have the opportunity to tailor our approach, and focus on what is important: people.  Just as the individuals we serve carefully consider who they choose as a provider, Branches carefully considers each individual we choose to serve with a lens of "Can we provide this individual with the best level of care and support they need and deserve?".

We would like to introduce you to our team:

Rob Hampton, Owner and Co-Founder of Branches, graduated from Ball State University in 1997 with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a minor in Telecommunications. During his time at Ball State , Hampton enjoyed coaching soccer, baseball and basketball at both the middle school and high school levels.  After graduating, Hampton immediately began working towards his Masters Degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Saint Francis.  Hampton completed his education in 2000 and went to work as a therapist with the Midtown Community Mental Health Center STARS team.  Hampton utilized his education and work ethic to enhance the quality of life for the individuals he served.  In addition to being effective as a professional, Hampton was regarded as a co-worker who could be counted on for his judgement and willingness to assist whenever necessary.  Hampton left Midtown CMHC in 2004 to begin working as a Behavioral Consultant for Pinnacle Behavioral Services.  Hampton began working independently in the field and was able to maintain the high standards of care that he had developed as a therapist at Midtown.  Eventually, Hampton was given the additional responsibility of Director of Marketing for Pinnacle. After a year of successfully managing these two demanding roles, Hampton began acting as Executive Director for Pinnacle.  Now with Branches, Hampton continues to work as a Behavioral Consultant for the same population to which he has dedicated his career.

Tina Rogers, Co-Founder and Executive Director, Her career began in 1997 as a Direct Support Professional, working with children before transitioning to adults. Over the years, she moved into leadership roles, overseeing Medicaid waiver homes and participating in efforts to transition individuals from institutions to community-based living. As an area supervisor for a decade, she managed operations, staff, and administrative functions, gaining first hand insight into the challenges faced by both caregivers and individuals receiving services. Tina’s passion for this work is deeply personal. Inspired by her great-aunt, who defied expectations by living independently in the late 1970s and early 1980s, she developed a lifelong commitment to helping individuals with disabilities lead self-directed, fulfilling lives. This belief is at the heart of Branches Residential Services, where she fosters an environment of care, inclusion, and empowerment.

Ashley Clements worked with Rob Hampton at Midtown. She became a trusted friend to Rob.  He asked her to join our team.  Ashley has taken on the role of Office Manager.  She completes billing and handles many human resource responsibilities.
